AI & LLMS
Skill Building & Capacity Development (Artificial Literacy and Practice Track)
This module builds practical AI literacy for justice work: what AI/ML/LLMs are, why data shapes power, why “hallucinations” happen, and how RLHF can also carry human bias (including caste, gender, religion, class, disability, language, and migration status). It teaches promptcraft as a careful skill (role, goal, constraints, verification), and shows how to use AI for education, research, and advocacy—while insisting on manual checking, citations, and clear accountability. Throughout, it treats privacy and consent, fairness-by-design, accessibility and language justice, documentation habits, and alignment with law and ethics as core, not optional—and frames intergenerational leadership as a working method with shared roles and a consistent caste-justice glossary.
