Edges to Centre: Global Intergenerational Leadership Project
NextGen Rights Lab – Global South Leadership Accelerator
“Nothing About Us Without Us”
✨ Who is this for?
Leaders from caste-affected, minority, and marginalized communities in Nepal and Bangladesh
Are you someone who has been doing the work quietly — supporting your community, speaking up, creating, organising, or building change without recognition?
This accelerator is for you.
🌱 About the Programme
Edges to Centre is opening applications for a new cohort of the NextGen Rights Lab — a weekend online leadership accelerator for emerging and intergenerational leaders.
This is not a generic leadership course.
It is a political, practical, and community-rooted space designed to help you:
- Strengthen your voice
- Build strategy
- Grow your leadership
- Connect across generations and movements
Grounded in one principle:
Nothing about us, without us.
🔥 Why this matters
Too often, leaders from marginalized communities are:
- Treated as “beneficiaries” or “case studies”
- Spoken for, rather than listened to
- Excluded from spaces where decisions are made
We believe this must change.
This accelerator supports leaders to:
- Shape conversations
- Define narratives
- Build institutions
- Occupy public and digital space
- Lead with their own knowledge and lived experience
🤝 Intergenerational by Design
We bring together:
- Experienced community leaders
- Emerging organisers and creators
Because real change happens when:
wisdom and new strategies meet.
